Icelandic State Park enables visitors an opportunity to enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities surrounded by breathtaking scenic views. As the park is positioned on the north shore of Lake Renwick, there are many water activities available such as swimming, boating and fishing.
The park also houses many restored historic buildings and the Pioneer Heritage Center showcasing the rich heritage North Dakota offers. Campgrounds with full amenities offer electrical hookups and showers. Nature lovers can also explore along the Tongue River where many rare wildlife and unique foliage reside in a 200 acre wooded area.
