Jamestown has been my home for many years. Real estate has been my vocation since 1973. After taking real estate classes in Fargo for several weeks, I wrote my real estate Salesperson and Broker tests in Bismarck.

I opened Rainbow Realty in 1976. Mine was the first office to be occupied in Jamestown Mall, which was being built at that time. After 12 successful years in my own company , I realized desk work was not my favorite part of the business, but working with people was. I closed Rainbow and became affiliated with Reuben Liechty Realtors at that time. It’s hard to believe it will be 20 years next year. Totally it adds up to 35 years, doesn’t it? Wow!
