As Jamestown's only public golf course, the Hillcrest Municipal Golf Course offers many community-oriented perks; during the summer, juniors under the age of 17 play for free on Mondays. Couples or friends can come and take lessons, or just enjoy a fun round of 18 after lunch at Hillcrest’s restaurant.

With elevated greens of bent grass and rolling fairways of bermuda, this course presents a challenging 18 holes for both amateurs and professionals alike. Built with a flatter back nine and faster greens, Hillcrest Golf course also offers sand bunkers that are well situated throughout the course.

Directions
From I-94 and Business Loop East Interchange (Exit #260): Go East on Country Club Drive for 2.7 miles. The road starts east, curves south, then curves east again. Follow the sign turning north (left) on Country Club Road, which leads to the golf course.

From I-94 and Hwy 281 Interchange (Exit # 258): Go South on Hwy 281 for 1.5 miles. Turn East on Country Club St.(gravel) for 2 miles. Turn south (right) on Country Club Dr. for 1.5 miles. The road will curve to the East. Follow the sign turning North (left) on Country Club Road, which leads to the golf course.
